Won't start? Runs rough? Send us a video.

Mower, chainsaw, string trimmer, ATV/UTV, generator, or pressure washer acting up? Send a 30-second video or a few photos and tell us what it's doing. For $19, Lance Haney looks it over and sends back:

No hauling it to town, no waiting weeks at a shop.

Send your video

We look first. You only pay if we can fix it. Sending your video is free. We review it, and if we can solve it, we email you a $19 pay link. If we can't, we tell you so, and there's no charge.

Sending a video: the easiest way is free at wetransfer.com — send it to corner.co.haney@gmail.com. Or paste a WeTransfer, Google Drive, or unlisted YouTube share link into your email. Small clips can just be attached.

Turnaround: within 24 hours on business days after payment.

How it works

Safety notice

Small engines can hurt you. Read this before you touch anything.

  • Fuel: gas vapor is explosive. Work outdoors, away from flames, pilot lights, sparks, and cigarettes. Let the engine cool before opening fuel lines or the carb. Never run an engine indoors or in an attached garage (carbon monoxide), especially generators.
  • Electrical: disconnect the battery (negative first) on ATVs/UTVs and riding mowers. Generators can produce deadly voltage. Never back-feed a house.
  • Blades, chains, moving parts: wear gloves and eye protection. Block the blade before loosening it.
  • Pull the spark plug wire off the plug before working on blades, the deck, the chain, or anything that can turn the engine.
  • Pressure washers: the spray can cut skin. Release pressure before disconnecting hoses.
  • Stop and see a shop if you smell fuel you can't trace, see fuel leaking near hot parts, have a cracked tank, bent blade or crankshaft, brake or steering problems, a generator electrical fault, or any step feels beyond your tools or skill.

A remote diagnosis is guidance, not a guarantee. You do any repair at your own risk.
